No problem! As soon as your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number that lets you track the shipment status at any time.

If you’re not home when the package is delivered, the DHL driver will try to leave it with a neighbor or at a nearby package store. You’ll receive a notification in your mailbox. Your package will remain there for about 7 days for you to pick up. Please pick it up in a timely manner so it isn’t returned to us—this saves unnecessary costs and additional shipping trips.

Tip: Using the link in the shipping confirmation, you can easily manage your delivery yourself—for example, choose a preferred delivery date, a drop-off location, a specific neighbor, or a DHL branch. That way, you’ll get your kombucha exactly when it’s convenient for you!

Please note:

If a return occurs due to non-pickup or at your request, we unfortunately incur significant additional costs—both from our warehouse and from DHL. Therefore, we must charge the following fees:

• €5.99 processing fee (for return shipping + warehouse handling)
• plus €2.99 shipping costs if you’d like a redelivery

These fees can either:

• be deducted from your refund or
• be paid via a payment link if you’d like a redelivery.

We understand that this can be frustrating. Please rest assured: Even with these fees, our costs are not covered. We ask for your understanding so that we can continue to offer our service in a fair and sustainable manner over the long term.
