If you are away for a few days, you can easily use parcel redirection via shipment tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation to choose a new delivery day, a safe-place location, a neighbor or a parcel shop.

If the parcel is not collected before the carrier's storage period expires, it will be returned to us. In this case, additional shipping costs apply if we need to send the parcel again.

Make sure that you can receive or collect your parcel promptly to avoid unnecessary costs. 😊

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or at your request, we charge a €5.99 processing fee and an additional €2.99 shipping fee for a replacement delivery.
