No problem! Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you are not at home, the DHL driver will try to leave your parcel with a neighbor or at a nearby parcel shop. You will receive a notification in your mailbox. Your parcel will remain there for around 7 days. Please collect it in time so that it is not returned to us.

Tip: You can manage your delivery via the link in your shipping confirmation, for example by choosing a preferred day, safe-place location, neighbor or DHL branch.

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or at your request, we charge a €5.99 processing fee. An additional €2.99 shipping fee applies if you want a replacement delivery. These fees can be deducted from your refund or paid via a payment link.
