What if I’m on vacation?Updated 8 days ago

If you’re away for a few days, you can easily use the package redirection feature via the tracking page. Use the link in the shipping confirmation to select a new delivery date, a drop-off location, a neighbor, or a package pickup store—that way, you can still receive your kombucha even when you’re not at home.

Please note, however: If the package is not picked up by the end of the shipping provider’s storage period, it will be returned to us. In this case, shipping costs will apply again if we are to resend the package to you.

So make sure you can receive your package or pick it up promptly—this way, you’ll avoid unnecessary costs. 😊

Please note:

If a return occurs due to non-pickup or at your request, we unfortunately incur significant additional costs—both from our warehouse and from DHL. Therefore, we must charge the following fees:

  • €5.99 processing fee (for return shipping + warehouse handling)
  • plus €2.99 shipping costs if you request a redelivery

These fees can either:

  • be deducted from your refund or
  • be paid via a payment link if you’d like a redelivery.

We understand that this can be frustrating. Please rest assured: Even with these fees, our costs are not covered. We ask for your understanding so that we can continue to offer our service in a fair and sustainable manner over the long term.
