What happens if I don't collect my parcel from the parcel locker / parcel shop in time? If your parcel is not collected within the DHL storage period, it will automatically be returned to us.

Will I be charged any fees? Yes. If the return occurs for a reason for which you are responsible, we charge a processing fee of €5.99 for the additional costs incurred. You may expressly prove that no damage or significantly less damage was incurred.

If you want a replacement delivery, an additional €2.99 shipping fee applies.

Why are these fees charged? The return creates additional costs for return transport, warehouse handling and reprocessing. The fee covers part of these costs.

What options do I have? A refund of the purchase price less the legally permissible €5.99 processing fee, or a new delivery after payment of the €5.99 processing fee and €2.99 shipping costs. A payment link can be provided on request.
