What happens if I don’t pick up my package from the Packstation or package shop on time?
If your package isn’t picked up within the DHL storage period (usually 7 business days), it will automatically be returned to us.
Are there any fees associated with this?
Yes. Since the return incurs costs for warehouse handling and DHL shipping, we unfortunately have to charge a processing fee of €5.99.
If you’d like the package redelivered, an additional €2.99 shipping fee will apply.
Why are these fees charged?
Returns due to non-pickup result in significant additional costs for us. These fees do not even cover our actual expenses, but they help us offset at least part of the burden. We want to continue offering our service in a fair and sustainable way—so we ask for your understanding.
What options do I have?
You can choose:
- Refund of the purchase price (minus the €5.99 processing fee)
- Redelivery of the order (after payment of €5.99 + €2.99 shipping costs)
Upon request, we’ll send you a simple payment link for the additional payment. As soon as we receive the payment, we’ll reship your package.
