How can I manage my Subscription and make changes?Updated 7 hours ago

Log in to your customer account. There you will find the “Manage your Subscription” button on the left. You can see your next delivery date and ordered product as well as your previous orders.

You can change your kombucha variety, delivery interval or next delivery date directly in your account. Your delivery address and payment method can be adjusted via the sidebar.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click “Manage your Subscription”.
3. Select your Kombuchery product.
4. Change the delivery date or interval, skip a delivery or exchange the product.
5. Check your Subscription overview.
