How can I manage my savings subscription and make changes?Updated 8 days ago

Simply log in to your customer account. There, you’ll find a “Manage Savings Subscription” button on the left. Here, you’ll see your next delivery date and the product you ordered. You can also view your previous orders in your order history. 

If you’d like to make changes to your subscription—such as the kombucha variety, the delivery frequency, or the next delivery date—you can easily do so right in your account by clicking directly on the subscription product. You can update your shipping address and payment method using the sidebar on the right.

Here’s a quick guide to the most important adjustments and changes you can make yourself:

1. Log in to your account at: https://kombuchery.de/account/login
2. Click on “Manage Your Savings Subscription”
3. Select your kombucha product
4. In the product view, you can scroll down to change the delivery date, skip a delivery, adjust the delivery interval, or swap the product using the “Replace with another product” button.
5. Check your subscription overview to make sure the next delivery date, delivery frequency, and selected product are correct.
