How can I cancel my Subscription?Updated 7 hours ago

Cancellation is possible from the second delivery onwards. You can cancel your Subscription via your customer account, by email or using our “Cancel contracts here” button. The quickest way is to manage your Subscription directly through your customer account.

1. Log in to your account (https://kombuchery.de/account/login).
2. Click “Manage your Subscription”.
3. Select the Kombuchery product you want to cancel.
4. Scroll down and select “Cancel Subscription”.
5. Check that all products in your Subscription have been cancelled.

Tip: If no future orders are listed under “Your delivery dates”, the cancellation is complete.
