How can I cancel my savings subscription?Updated 5 days ago

If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do so directly in your customer account. 

Here’s how:

1. Log in to your account at: https://kombuchery.de/account/login
2. Click on “Manage Your Savings Subscription.”
3. Select the kombucha product you’d like to cancel.
4. Scroll down in the product view and select the “Cancel Subscription” option.
5. Finally, check to make sure all products in your subscription have been canceled. 
   Tip: If no future orders are listed under “Your Delivery Dates,” the cancellation is complete.
